Mr. STONEking, himself

 |
"Most of my musical influence
comes from veteran women rockers, like Heart. Growing up I was
always digging female voices, Martha Davis of The Motels, Donna
Summer, Grace Slick, and Blondie's Deborah Harry. |
 |
"The guys I enjoy and derive
most from include Ultravox, Icehouse, Soft Cell's Marc Almond, and
Holly Johnson of Frankie Goes To Hollywood. Every one who has
heard the demo says I sound like Bowie. It's not intentional,
and certainly appreciated. |
 |
"My taste overall is quite
diverse. I miss the golden days of music when everything was
played, and if you didn't like what was on, you knew that eventually
something would be coming up to get you back into the groove.
There's way too much categorizing now, and the common grounds everyone
once shared is lost. Our show is a trip along the path of
inclusion,
with tunes you will definitely recognize, but in a completely
different perspective to keep things alive!" |

WALT SLADE

"His and my
introduction to one another was orchestrated by elements that
deserve daily Gratitude.
The latest group
photograph at the end of the day's shoot cannot be explained as to the
second layer of f/x.
It just occurred
with him and only a portion of I."
|
|
ROB GERAMI
guitars, programming
"Thus far,
it's predominantly Rob and I in the studio. I recently inquired of
him, "You don't recognize your Gifts, do you?" Of course
not.

KEVIN MOORE

" 'Terror' comes to mind. So brave, as well."
|
|
JESSIE FUGATE
guitars
"Immediately
following the first take of the shoot, Jessie came up and asked if what he
did looked alright. He seemed rather surprised by my one-word
reaction, as was I:
'Sexy.'
He just is."
